Hey everyone, I put up the Question of the Week (#7) about 5 or 6 days ago, and I am back with this post to tell you my answer. The Question of the Week was very general, but it does take a lot of explanation. Here was the Question of the Week:
What is the biggest fundamental skill of golf?
My Answer: My answer is approach. Approach is the biggest part of golf because it can really set you up with an easier putt, so putting is not the absolute biggest thing. Think about it, if you’re approach sets you up with a 3 foot putt, isn’t that better than having the pressure of trying to knock down a 15-foot putt? That is my answer, feel free to give a comment if you agree, or disagree.
My next post will be a re-cap of the Ryder Cup. This post should be up after the Final Round of singles on Monday.
